I have an LG tribute empire here I know it's a different phone but has the most similar problem with the tethering screen when I go to text to speech it's just not letting me pull down the screen to get to settings any pointers would be appreciated

Hey Mohammad - I've tried at least 5 times so far, performing factory reset in recovery each time, but at the step where you swipe down for "Settings" at 3:53, it will not swipe. I followed every step exactly... what am I missing? Thanks!!

Are you sure you have selected "Text to Speech Settings" ? and not "TalkBack Settings" after you restart phone. because this swipe down only works when we are in Text To Speech Settings. I and other peoples here on KZbin have tested this method on LG SP200 with most recent firmware. So, it must work for you too regardless of the firmware you have installed.

At 2:46 in video, you have to enable TalkBack function with both Volume keys and restart phone. Then you slide down and get to settings. You could also try to hard reset phone and watch video again.

"erase sd card" I think is for Internal storage, you could wipe out this if you don't have important data in it... It is also fine if you just delete FRP VN ROM and Quick Shortcut maker application manually from Settings->Apps. There is no need to factory reset.

first we enable talkback to get into Help and Feedback options that allow us to enter Chrome and then we download needed apps file and then we enable talkback again at "wifi and tethering" and then restart phone (power off and on) and then we swipe in "L" shape once again but this time we go into "Text to Speech Settings" - this will allow us to slide down and get into phone's settings and then finally we enable unknown sources. I hope this helps... however, if you follow video, there is no need for detail procedure.
