LG Stylo 3 Plus vs. LG K20 Plus - A sibling rivalry!

Both phones are excellent, the K20 Plus is solid for those on a budget while the Stylo 3 Plus has the horsepower for those who want to game. I have the Stylo 3 Plus and I love it, have a K20 Plus which I hope to be selling to a friend who needs it as well, both are with MetroPCS. LG makes absolutely solid phones nowadays. They used to suck but now I can safely say they are amongst the best of the best.

I was originally planning on getting the Stylo 3 plus because I had the Stylo 2 and loved it, but I decided to go with the K20 Plus this time around and I don't regret my decision. One thing I love the K20 had that the Stylo 2 didn't have is being able to move apps to the SD card

I love my K20 but I'm having real trouble connecting it to my Vizio TV via a HDMI. I got a MHL with the micro hdmi connector that goes to the phone & that has a side micro slot for the charger to connect into it. Nothing no signal gets through to the TV. I see a video here that said you have to have the right cable. I don't know.

+tonicmom 11 the K20 Plus has 32gb and so does the Stylo 3 Plus. The Stylo 3 Plus is definitely the more feature filled phone, but if you don't need those features (with the pen), then the K20 Plus is still a good phone.

Both have headphone Jack's and a single bottom firing speaker. Neither have particularly great sound, but neither have a particularly great sound either (with connected headphones). The bottom firing speaker isn't real impressive on either phone though.

LaShonda Y Wright I love it, the only flaw that I have noticed so far is the camera. Its really good an all but its a bit too crisp and you can see outlines on pictures which looks a little bad.

It's because I was using a "full coverage" tempered glass screen protector. The screen protector covered up the LG logo.

The processors are different in the stylo is a octocore and the k20 is a quad core which is a big difference

Dragon Hunter it isn't bad at all. It's not the greatest but it works like a charm. I can safely say the Stylo 3 Plus is definitely the better performer though. There is a difference in terms of gaming and the Stylo 3 Plus wins in spades.

Go to settings developers options, networking and turn on Ethernet from MTP and you can cruise the web untraceable using a wired connection and your vpn. You will need a Ethernet cable and adapter.

Those were icons I had choosen. Those aren't the icons that come on the phone. I used a custom icon pack. LG allows you to theme out there devices a ton. You can pick more "grown up" icons if you'd like.

10 hours of screen on time? Or it lasts 10 hrs. throughout the day? 10 hrs. of screen on time would be insane, and far more than I got with the K20 Plus.
