LG Top Load “LE” error code fix

LG Top Load Wave Force inverter direct drive “LE” error code fix.
Short answer for the fix: it was the hall sensor. Aka, the hall effect sensor that went out. Found a new one on repair clinic.com for $35.

This was exactly what was wrong with my machine. Took me 30 mins and a $12 part off amazon! This video actually ahows how to open and get to the sensor, although that guy is fixing a different part.

locked motor error ..... not balance . it is usually the hall sensor or the harness going to the sensor that is bad .

I washed my sons necklace, I got part of it out but the other part is under that plate thing at the bottom. Is there a way to unscrew that little cap thing in the middle and take that part out from the top or do you do that from the bottom also?

You have to lay the washer on it’s back and remove it from the bottom.
