Update: For those of you who tried using the email provided, it will not work any more. Due to security reason (from outlook) and many people using the account, it was blocked. Not to worry, you can still use your own email or create one. Once you have done so, you will be able to then proceed to the next step.

Pues ya logre desbloquearlo solo faltó decir que si no puedes desactivar los Servicio de Google debes irte a Ajustes>seguridad>administrador de dispositivos y desactivarlo, y ya con eso pude, ese era mi problema.

+Sway S yeah, it only works for certain models, if you get setup wizard to come up then your in luck. stay tuned, I'm still trying to figure it out I'm very close .

For those of you who don't have a Bluetooth device, i found another way to bypass this. The Only requirement is that you have a steady wifi connection and the device is Android Version 6.0.1, this may or may not work on Android version's 7.0 or higher link below: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rGfWoJV4obuop6s
