After talking to over 10 LG Stores, LG customer care, and a few more related people I have come to know that LG maybe shipping both VA as well as IPS Panel in UP7500 and UP7720 series TV's. Criteria is not known to me yet, but it appears to be random selection of these two types of Panel that's why I have got IPS. Please be advised before making your purchase.

Hi Vineet, First of all, thanks for an amazing review. I want to finalize LG43UP75 only if it is IPS panel. I realised that in your standalone review of LG43UP7500, you purchased a piece with IPS panel whereas in the comparison video between lg, samsung and sony, you mentioned you purchased LG43UP7500 with VA panel. Which means both panels are available for 43 size. From other reviews as well as LG site, it seems the panel type is not mentioned on the box. So, how can one be sure of the same? Well of course I can touch and find out, but thats after buying. What if I want to purchase online, I cant be sure of the panel till it is unpacked (ideally by the lg team). Will be really helpful if you can guide 🙏🏾

Two points regarding 77 series. 1. There are so many apps on WebOS platform. But the famous app MX player, known for Ashram web series, is missing on WebOS. 2.There is a feature of tuning TV channels received through antenna. I observed that the picture lags the sound when we tune HD channels. I observed it when I tuned DD HD in Delhi.
