As a v60 with the DS and wacom stylus, this phone is not only better than iphone its better than alot of phones and at the current price rate of phones steadily going up LG has given us something special with this V60. Im not sure how its lil bro the lg velvet stacks up being a mid-high tier phone but lg is doin things!!! I have to say i do like the new surface duos DS hinge setup and compatibility of 2 screens but the overall software cant hold a candle to the v60's. Now the surface duo 2 maybe another to watch in the future but RN LG has it sewed up💯💯💯

when changing the LG V60 from dual to single the magnet will slam shut. Overtime it actually broke my whole camera. So I highly suggest not buying this phone for the dual screen. The phone itself is amazing but the dual screen will cause you troubles.

LG ThinQ74 Just bc something can record at 8k, doesn’t mean it can record 8k any good, and with any type of fidelity. It’s nothing but a marketing ploy, just like on Samsung phone’s. They haven’t even perfected 4K video capture, why are we moving to 8k? The 8k footage looks like garbage. Go take your LG shilling elsewhere. You’re not even willing to be truthful. Also, bc something has 4 times the amount of pixel information, doesn’t make it instantly 4 times better. Clearly you haven’t even seen an 8k display in real life. You’d definitely know it’s not 4 times better than a 4K tv. Actually, 8k has introduced more problems than it set out to even try and fix. The higher pixel density has caused issues with backlighting on all the 8k model of Samsung TVs. Which brings up my second point, you need to even have an 8k tv to even watch videos 8k natively. LG ThinQ74 Again, clearly you don’t understand you technology, and think just bc something is bigger, then it’s better. Not the case. There’s definitely benefits to using a bigger sensor. There’s also negatives as well. Just look at the flop the s20U was with its 108mp camera. Had massive focus hunting issues and always missed focus. The way smartphones have been able to come so far, is due to the advances and inclusion of computational photography. You come here just to defend you precious phone, and try and call me the stupid one, but my iPhone 11 Pro Max will constantly take better photos and videos than the LG v60, and that’s just a fact. Especially , videos....it’s kinda where the iPhone shines. I’m not hating on this phone either btw. I actually think it’s a very nice phone, and I’d recommend it to someone for sure. I called out a disadvantage that I immediately noticed in this review. The iPhone was shooting in 24fps, being compared to 60fps on the LG. That’s not quite a comparison. Both cameras should be shooting in the same resolution, with the same frame rate, if possible.

LG v-series is something special, I was a Samsung fan until I saw a v 30 in person I was stuck with my s 8 so I waited and got the v40 had it for almost 2 years absolutely love the phone and upgraded to the V60 if you like music by this f****** phone right now and plug in a pair of good headphones your jaw will drop at the sound quality
