The worst support service is Samsung. The customer experience for equipment maintenance is the worst. There is no information connection between operators. You must repeat all the information to each one for a support for some appliance. They do not attend to you on time when you really need to be attended to. They diagnose you by video. If the call is dropped, the process of telling the operator the problem and managing the diagnosis again begins quickly. They are liars. They respond quickly for the sale, but the support is terrifying. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Why are you watching youtube videos if you are blind? Samsung is one of the most problematic brands out there. LG is the least problematic. If you talk to people who do appliance repairs, they always say DO NOT buy a Samsung Washer, Refrigerator or Range. They do not last and they are expensive to fix.

I've had an Samsung Ecobubble W.M. since 2014. After about 5 years the machine developed problems like not wanting to centrifuge or sometimes not even wanting to turn. Seemed the sensor was dead. After replacing it, the machine contiunued to run good. And after 3 years after replacing the sensor, the same problems again appeared. People said Samsung deliberatley did that with the sensor in order to spend reparation money with them. So cannot trust a company like Samsung.
