I am thinking about buying one tomorrow at Lowe’s for the black Friday price of $748. It says the normal price is $1399. I didn’t know if it was just to get you to buy one now or was it ever that high. I am loving your review. One question is my whirlpool that I have now there’s about 15 years old with no agitator top load Wides up my blue jeans so tightly I can hardly pull them apart that is my number one complaint

My LG Tromm is 22 years old and the bearing on the dryer is going and it's rather an easy fix but my husband says it's time for a new set and I am torn between the new LG, Whirlpool & Electrolux??? I've had great luck with my LG but I can say one thing is that these new ones have so much more to them. Ugh!

I don't see any suds from the detergent or barely any water. Does it get soapy at all? Does it put at least half the water at the bottom to where you can see it? I'm think of buy one tomorrow. Can you back to me on this plz? It would help me out a lot in make my decision.

Hi, thanks for sharing. Did you have trouble connecting to your Wi-Fi net work that seems pretty impossible and I'm pretty tech savvy. Watched several how to connect to Internet videos and can't seem to connect for nothing and the dryer will not connect as well. I have an LG air conditioner that connected but the same model won't connect. 🤔

Hi! I'm sorry about it. I don't have any problem with the wifi. I suggest check the status of your wifi. We do have a wifi booster in our kitchen close to the laundry. Otherwise contact LG and see what they recommend.

The control panel on the right is extremely hard to read (delay start, extra rinse, etc). I saw a review that said bc it's so hard to see taller uses may need to bump up the control brightness. Does anyone know how to do this? Deciding if i need to return mine.

The phone part terrifies me. Basically its 2023 and we look at our phone to know what our laundry is doing, even when we are standing infront of the washer. lol. but seriously, what will this lead to next? If we dont have our phones we wont even be able to get out of bed soon. Nice washer btw.

I'm not a fan of LG's bedding cycle specifically because it doesn't allow for a high spin speed :c I wish they'd change this with a software update.

Use normal cycle. Or ai wash (the reason they don’t allow for high speed spin on that cycle would be because if too much excessive vibration due to being out of balance or something (its in the manual)

It's because their bedding cycle is geared toward things like comforters, bed protectors, etc. A lot of these things have trouble absorbing and shedding water. I just wish LG was so prescriptive with their cycles, but I also understand that Americans are largely ignorant and lazy when it comes to doing laundry.

Actually no. Samsung, just like they copy apple for their phones, copy LG for their appliances. LG made the twinwash, Samsung copies them with flexwash. LG makes door in door fridge, Samsung did just that. LG makes their first agitator washer, Samsung follows along. LG makes washer with AI, Samsung follows them. And the list can go on and on. Don’t get me started on the dishwashers. LG released this machine before Samsung released their EXACT same looking washer. And Samsungs build quality is always worse than LGs.
