LG Washing Machine Repair for Beeping Error (Feb 2023)

LG Washing Machine Repair
Cannot start washing problem, and keeps beeping for error. Basically, the washing machine just stuck at beeping error after you press the Start button. The sensor fails to work correctly, keep beeping non-stop. Won't work even though with magnet.
I took the board out, figured out the problem, and repaired it by bypassing the sensor that detects if the cover is open, and now, the washing machine will not have beeping error anymore.
NOTES
1) If placing a replacement magnet on the washing machine cover still works, you don't need to do any bypass, just glue the magnet to the cover, and this fix should allow it to continue to beep only when the washing machine cover is opened (i.e. a real valid error).
2) I actually tried to find some video when I was trying to figure out how to repair it, but could not find any earlier.
So, I have now created a KZbin video tutorial, and hope that it could help those who have similar beeping error problem.
My washing machine is LG brand, but if your washing machine is other brand, the same fix may/may not work for you. You are welcome to add additional comment if there is any additional specific step/adjustment needed for other specific washing machine.

I have no idea, because I don't send mine for repair. Maybe you can share after you get a quotation. Component change is not expensive, but you are paying for people time and skill. Can DIY yourself if you want to save.
