Anyone having problems getting stuck on the “just a second” part , make sure to follow the instructions carefully, I thought I did but started over and realized I wasn’t accessing the settings app the way he did, I also had an error allowing the permission for play services back on the way he did, but I went back into the settings and allowed them back the same way they were disabled originally . it worked

If that happens you need to go back and re enable the the google one and then go all the way back to the main menu and continue without internet
