But I'm aware of when you're not legally married, you can't adopt jointly a child, claim rights on properties of your partner in case of death, sss, philhealth, pag ibig, gsis and other benefits.

Same sex marriage or union is not legally recognized in the Philippines. As usual pinakialamanan ng simbahan ang Family Code. The video you just saw is just a celebration no legal protection, bawal mag ampon at mas lalong walang karapatan ang kapares sa ari arian ng isa kapag mamatay.
