She is such a beautiful person, outside and inside. Naturally intelligent, very well spoken, so eloquent, warmhearted and charming.

I'm learning more about Sara Ramirez and the issues they advocate. I'm a white, Irish-Euro American, disabled (physical and mental health), Queer / pansexual, gender fluid who uses the pronouns ze/zir. I'm 47 years old, from a multi-generational deeply religious family. To some degree, I get you Sara Ramirez. Thank you for being an advocate for the unseen. ❤️

It would be so awesome if she came an talked at my University! We have a Diversity leadership conference every year and we have different organizations for lgbtq+ and the students host their own pride! It’s so awesome to be a part of my community and University.

Totally agree. Trans women and Trans men are not all lesbian or gay. We are individuals and not categories.

This was an incredible speech! She expressed the full truth; unfortunately discrimination is present all over the world. Still long way to go.......

No-one has the wright to tell any LGBTQ who they should be, and not feel safe in our community, shame on anyone that make this community feel not safe, who are we to judge. I feel disgusted by this😶😶

Just because she's married to a man does not erase her bisexual, pansexual identity. That's still who she is, who she always has been, and always will be, despite the types of relationships she's in 🤘

She is married to a man, she doesnt have a baby, and no...greys did nothing to her, she was just afraid to come out publicly. But after what happened in Orlando, she needed the urge to came out and advocate about lgtbq rights, so that is what she is doing now.
