Can we address any matter with just talk? All the talking they are doing things are getting worse,why do they continue to mention culture?, culture has nothing to do with salvation.That’s why God said DO NOT FOLLOW THE WAYS OF THE HEATHEN/ PAGANS. When we open the doors to pagan festivals,Abortion,Spiritualism.How comes the GBLTQ becomes such a important topic? These leaders need to say we need to repent of our sins that’s the only way to gain salvation, Anyone who don’t want to confess and let go of the sinful doing will see it as offensive when confronted of they sins. Why women who get pregnant out of wedlock are disfellowship without all of this long talk? Remember this SDA CONFERENCE HAS BEEN TAKEN OVER BY ROMAN CATHOLIC JESUITS. WHO WILL JUST TALK LIKE THESE TWO BUT NO ACTIONS. THESE MEN LOVE TO MENTION THE BIBLE AND QUOTE FROM EGW,BOOKS,BUT REFUSE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, ELLEN WHITE SAID WHEN PASTORS AND PREACHERS STRAY FROM THE STRAIGHT GOSPEL THEY SHOULD BE FIRED. IF THE BIBLE IS OUR GUIDE WHY DO WE HAVE TO SETUP A TASK FORCE TO EXPLAIN BIBLICAL SEXUALITY IS THE BIBLE NOT PLAIN ENOUGH ON THAT SEXUALITY?.What if that task force comes up in favor of the GBLTQ?

Also it's not the duty of the pastors and leaders only to teach our children and young generation, but us as parents in a Christian adventist families to teacher our children about the bible truth. If schools teach our children the worldly ways, it's our duty to stop taking this subject of LGBTQ+ as a taboo and openly talk to our young generation about it and tell them what God gave us as the truth. Everything starts from our own homes. If we let our children take in Everything they get from schools and our corrupt society then we loose them to the devil. People of Jesus, we're at war and we are fighting with the devil. Only Jesus can fight for us! Be strong, Jesus has overcome!

The two elderly SDA pastors that are gay and married must have been engaged in this behaviour for sometime. It is sad that certain misconduct are not brought to the forefront and dealt with. And it was said by an African christian. These homosexual agenda is not being pushed on Saudi Arabia or any Muslim countries as it would be met with the sword. The christians are too laid back but at the end of it all everyone had to make his or her own choice to serve GOD. Nevethe less the church has to be sure not to compromise with this evil as it is an abomination to GOD. AMEN . They need to disfellowship them so as not to allow this evil to disrupt the body of CHRIST. They ought not to be acknowledged or affirmed among the brethren.

What about the church's stand on adultery, justice, prejudice, alleviating poverty among church members, caring for the elderly & others who can't care for themselves, etc. Started out with facts that r onesided, using words like "target" instead of adding books about transgender. Presentation does not represent SDA members who are loving, openminded, forgiving like Jesus and are of a compassionate and humble spirit. Presentation has subtle objectives that appear politically motivated and justified by carefully selected scripture verses. No. Other than the ceremonial laws that pointed to and represented the future work of the Messiah, like sacrificing lambs, applying blood to the entry way of dwelling places, the High Priest once a year entering the Holy of Holies to present the sins of the people before God in supplication and so forth, Christ's death on the cross did not absolve us of our responsibilities, nor did the 10 Commandments change in any way. Jesus said, "If you love me keep my commandments."

@@vanarmand777 The lamb represented Christ's future sacrifice. Remember, when Jesus died on the cross, the veil between the two temple chambers was torn from top to bottom. The ceremonial law and temple activities were voided. Sacrificing a lamb or presenting our petitions to God via a high priest is no longer applicable. God continues to bless and provide for us, returning 10% towards his work is still in effect as it is used to further his work. The seventh-day Sabbath is still in effect as well. In fact, it was established at creation, long before the nation of Israel came to be. Genesis establishes that it was a memorial to God's creation.

Standing on God's WORD is imperative and important. ''Love'' so-called is what these are using to ''squeeze'' the church into conformity! Allowing this sin to flourish in the church, in the name of love is wrong. And herein is the problem. Pastor Mark says we need to listen, to what? Listen to them try and convince you that affirmation is the only way? And that's exactly where we are now. These are not interested in reasoning from the Scriptures. They have outright distorted them. Pastor Ted and Mark. You are leaders by choice or desire, you're there. Stating what the Bible teaches and then ignoring SDA queer weddings, membership, and college clubs is wrong. If you and/or the GC are impotent to hold sin in check why are you there? To collect a check? You say...we have no control over pastors or conferences, so you do nothing....really? If these Pastors and conferences were promoting idol worship, adultery, or Sunday would you say the same? The best we can do to stop the spread of this sin is to do what we would for any other. Meet with the conferences, colleges, or Pastors supporting inclusion not overcoming. When it is clear they will not conform to the Bible let them go!! If you don't you're going to tear God's church even more than it is now!

They have compromised too far to turn again to the LORD's way. They keep talking about their policy. It has superseded the Bible. They now have hired a task force, so the Bible is not enough. The same thing these two did with the abortion issue. They have applied their policy to grant abortion to women whose lives were at risk. In so doing apparently, hundreds of women's lives were at risk since 1985, so they did not let God chose whom He would save. These old men have done so much damage for so long, God has ceased to lead them. They are in bed for too long with the pope and Ganone Diop is their representative at the Vatican.

Seventh-day Adventists practice a system of governance that is decentralized. That is to say that each entity the local church, the local conference, and Unions have the constitutional responsibility to deal with issues within the framework of that responsibility. The Church Manual and the Church Policies voted at the General Conference session govern their actions. The local church in the context to these policies reports to the conference, the conference officers to the union and the union officers to the Division. Pastors are employed by local conferences and conferences have the responsibility to uphold the values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. In some instances pastors have been removed of their responsibilities for their support of the LGBTQ issues. As far as church officers are concerned each local church that elects officers has the responsibility before God to see that those officers have lives in harmony with scriptural truths and biblical values.

Ted Wilson cannot fire a pastor. That can only be carried out by the local conference which is supporting the bisexual pastor in Germany. The local church could disfellowship the pastor but it is quite obvious by the local members continuing to attend that they also support him.

About the vaccine I can't say much but based some things I have read Ellen never really had any direct statement, however what she promoted extensively to combat and virus or sickness in the body was Gods natural remedies and these statements were not relative they were for all maladies. There goes the health message. We were never encouraged otherwise. So I understand it is a situation of a choice that one has to make personally really.

@@gregorywest8609 You pray for them, while diligently protecting your kids and praying for kid's safety. I get the anger over those statements, it's pretty bad and worrying. Jesus knew Judas was going to betray Him and yet still chose him as an apostle, washed his feet, etc. I'm sure that wasn't easy for Jesus when He knew what was coming. Jesus is our example and we are to treat them the way Jesus would treat anyone. If we don't pray for them, share Jesus with them, how are they going to have hope that they can have victory over their sins? Many don't even realize it IS a sin. By the way, many gays don't agree with the whole "coming for your children" thing...they are really starting to speak out against it because they want no part of it, like Gays against Groomers group.

I felt that you were just “passing the buck” when it came to dismissing pastors who are going contrary to what scripture teaches and our fundamental beliefs. Somebody needs to hold these pastors, and even our SDA church schools and universities accountable for embracing the LGBTQ+ lifestyle. All I heard was sicking platitudes and political doublespeak. I expect more from the General Conference.

Seventh-day Adventists practice a system of governance that is decentralized. That is to say that each entity the local church, the local conference, and Unions have the constitutional responsibility to deal with issues within the framework of that responsibility. The Church Manual and the Church Policies voted at the General Conference session govern their actions. The local church in the context to these policies reports to the conference, the conference officers to the union and the union officers to the Division. Pastors are employed by local conferences and conferences have the responsibility to uphold the values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. In some instances pastors have been removed of their responsibilities for their support of the LGBTQ issues. As far as church officers are concerned each local church that elects officers has the responsibility before God to see that those officers have lives in harmony with scriptural truths and biblical values.
