August is the season for Silver Salmon (Coho) in Alaska. But up here, there's way more than one kind of fish to put in the cooler.
On this late summer visit we are targeting Silver Salmon and more. Plus the visiting chefs from Hawaii, Hiroshi Fukui and Axel Colobong, put on a culinary event that wows the lodge guests on their last day of their fishing vacation!
