To the comment below: well to be honest, that's the tone of the song. I'll admit this isn't their best performance though. Take Kendall for example, his solo at the start he can do much better but listen I him in the chorus (he's he lead voice) he sounds amazing! Plus, as a solo he has a better voice than other people when the do solo verses. No hate for this but One Direction, for example. As a group, they're amazing! But as a solo, they're not as good. It's the same with pretty much anyone.

I love BTR but to be honest they don't sound that good live indivisually. No hate but, they sound breathy and I get that they dance at the same time, but they sounded weak and breathy when they weren't dancing.
