If the younger generation doesn’t acquaint themselves with our traditional sings and dances, THEY WILL DIE OUT! As the older generation who knows them are slowly disappearing, it’s the younger generation to follow them and keep them alive. If the younger generation doesn’t embrace them that’s the END OF THE STORY for traditional Tibetan dances and songs! These discos have no value. You are only dancing to the music but other than that, there is nothing to convey emotions of devotion to the Lama such as (རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་མཇལ་བའི་མཇལ་དར་བསྒྲོན་) or joy like a Chang song (ཆང་གཞས)་ མི་ཡིས་འཐུང་ན་སྣང་བ་སྐྱིད་་) it’s all shaking and rolling from beginning to the end!!!
