中国文明有一个现在很难解释的东西，就是文字好像突然蹦出来，据现发现最古老字体就是甲骨文，再之前就没有了。要知道，文字是不可能突然被发明出来的，它是一个群体为了方便生活通过很长时间慢慢地演变而来的符号。而文字的演变必由藤图开始，然后变为方便刻画的符号，再就........但中文往上倒腾，到了甲骨文就没了，至今任何考古挖掘也没有发现早于甲骨文的藤图或字符。倒是17年在大陆天涯论坛上，有人发文解释甲骨文的源头是苏美文字，并配上图片，还挺像那么会事，说得有鼻子有眼的。

Armchair archeology based on symbolism alone may make claims of sensational discoveries of parallism in civilisations separated by vast distances. The presenter has pointed out that he is aware that the claim about the lying buddha appearance in the bird's-eye landscape view over the 凌家灘 ancient burial site is weak but he couldn't help to weave sensationism into his presentations to increase popularity. He repeatedly mentions this burial site is 5,600 years old (without referencing any archaeological study or proof of its age) when Buddhism had yet to be introduced into China during the Han dynasty around 64 AD. He doesn't explain that Buddhism originated from an Indian prince around 500 BCE or 2,520 years ago, which came millennia after the 5,600-year old burial site in China. He could have exploited this chronological twist as yet another armchair archaeological piece of evidence that either ancient advance alien or human civilisation seemingly bridged the gap between an older Chinese burial site and later religion based on pure symbolism only and throw in a fantasy of time travel on top. This presenter is not alone in exploiting symbolism to build on the unexplained, surprising parallism in ancient artifacts belonging to different ancient civilisations separated by vast distances on Earth. There are other claims such as the human face on Mars, lineage of Chinese language handwriting to the myths in the old Testaments etc. All such claims are sensational suitable headlines in tabloid journalism but are there any merits & truths? This presenter focuses on citing large examples of parallel symbols, artifacts, ruins but offered previous little from his own research of lineage apart from saying he does not know or the reason is unknown. He falls back on the one single remote possibility that all human civilisations received enlightenment from ancient alien or ancient lost human civilisation. Perhaps the presenter overlooks one important lineage of parallel symbols in different civilisations, namely, the artists, architects responsible for creating the symbols, artifacts, architectures in different ancient civilisations share a powerful, ultra-strong root - they were all Homo sapiens with the same DNAs, which dominated the evolution of our species in all aspects including the human mind harbouring the same desire, yearning for divine, faith, hope & passion about our origin, how humans have come to being the intelligent life form that walk on the same legs, work with same hands, see with the same eyes. This may be the reason for the presenters own observations of high degree of parallism in ancient artifacts from human civilisations from different times & parts in Earth because they are all human.
