舅舅，我今天根据食谱做半份的量。没有加榴莲。木薯去皮后只剩下337g😅. 木薯用机器搅拌后，没有纱布，只好用过滤网去水分。感觉水份还蛮多，不像视频那样的状况。也许我的 oven 火太烈，还或是木薯不够分量，做出来的木薯糕和你的有差，但家人说还是称赞说很好吃。😂
