When you measure the Max. DW of the bow. you should always made the fully draw of the Cam. In the video, you show and said to measure the DW at the high peak of the limb which will confuse the archer . Take a look at the other US archery pro shop to show how to properly measure the bow's DW. Always at full draw position. Here is the video clip for your reference. kzbin.info/www/bejne/eqDTeZqDlsihpKM

I'm not testing the draw length of the compound bow, but the current maximum weight of the compound bow, so if I pull it to full, the measured weight of the compound bow will be less effort.

@@indoorarcheryspace My comment is not referred to the draw length. In your clip advise viewer of how to check the Max. draw weight of the bow. The correct way to do it is to hook up the string with DW measurement equipment then pull the bow Cam at fully draw position. You can either use a draw board or pull the bow by your self to complete the process. I will really suggest you should check other archery pro-shop in USA and see how they do the checking here in you tube channel. best regards

I think you are mistaken. Nowhere in the video says you should measure the DW at the high peak of the limb. Also, the DW measurement can’t be at the full draw position because it will be so much lighter than its drawing weight. The measuring equipment that he is using in the clip can’t be used that way. As you can see in the video that you referred to, he didn’t draw the full length either.

@@peterhuang6321 Yes I watched the whole video that you posted. Where did you see he fully drew the string? No he didn't. At 1:37 even himself said just stop right before the full draw. By the way, I don't see there's anything wrong at 3:15.
