你好！一直在KZbin 有關注你呢，看到兩杯法實一太棒了！我按你之前之前上的介紹就學著用兩杯法試種了生菜，上海青和小黃瓜，目前也在育矮番茄的苗，準備之後用兩杯法去種！但我遇到一些問題，給水方面，我也是用營養水的，EC值大約在1000到1200左右，想請問一下，是等到土壤完全乾才給水？還是每天都給一點保持土壤的濕潤？我不知道是甚麼原因，我種的的生菜都失敗了，小小一棵軟軟沒長大，上海青也長不大但沒有像生菜那樣軟軟的，目前小黃瓜長得最好，有50厘米高了！生菜長不成的原因，我在想是不是因為香港的氣溫太高，溫度在27到31度可能不適宜山菜生長？還是我給營養水的時間方法不對🥲，上海青我就第一次給過定植水後，土壤就十天了都非常濕潤，我是用500ml透明的杯子種植的，我是放在開放陽台種植的，下雨天有給補光！種了都兩星期了，像長不大，想請教你一下呢，謝謝你

Ju Ju你好，谢谢支持！很高兴你的小黄瓜长得很好！EC值根据每个品牌的营养液不同，并不能一概而论。一般来说1.2左右种生菜是可以的。生菜的适宜生长温度是15-25度，31度可能太热了，试试阴凉通风的地方？生菜不适合太阳直射。浇营养液的频率，我是看外杯没水了就往外杯倒1-2cm的营养液，一般来说前期一两天一次，天热的时候或者后期生长快了以后，需要一天一次或者甚至一天两次，有时候我偷懒就多浇一点，也没问题

Hey Alex, for bukchoy do you just let the vege grow in the 2 cup? No need to use those big vege pod? About the iceberg lettuce can I use the 2 cup method?

Hi Jet Jet, thanks for your comments. For bok choy yes I let them grow in 2 cup system for their entire life. I have another video showing how I harvest bok choy. For iceberg lettuce, due to the size of the system, I found it's bit hard for the lettuce to form the "ball" in 2 cup system. In saying that, it doesn't stop you from growing lettuce in the cup, you might just need to harvest lettuce leaves as you go other than harvesting the entire "ball". If you like it grow into a "ball", the system allows you to transplant the lettuce into bigger pot or garden anytime. Hope that makes sense, thanks

Hey Alex, do you use same soil for iceberg lettuce and bukchoy? I bought a bunch of seedling for iceberg lettuce, brocolli, coriander.. wonder can I use same soil for all of it?

@@jetjet6878 Hi Jet Jet, same soil should be fine especially if you are using double cup method. Soil just acts as media to hold the plants. We don't expect to use nutrients from the soil

你好James，每种方法都有利弊和适合的人群。两杯法虽然已经很简单了，但是维护起来没有水培方便，但胜在灵活，哪里都可以种，而且材料获取容易，很适合新手。水培需要的空间比两杯法大，所需要的装备也稍微复杂一点点，但是优点是一旦设置好几乎不用再管。
