In ancient time, the sage always want to pass down the ultimate kungfu or the wisdom of the world to Only the Worth One. End up a lots of the skill are lost in time. After watching the first few series, i only see other people life, without even knowing how to cook a particular dish. Cant even get to know what is the ingredient inside the local hokkien mee, a waste of time watching. If your passion is to teach people how to cook, you should consider shooting cooking video teaching it to everyone. let the worthy few ones improvise your formula and make it even greater for their business. I want to see the local penang cooks and restaurants, innovate in cooking, improves in process and business management.. not 10 years like 1 day operating style.
