Lovely sister Li has been waiting for this opportunity for so long, I remember her telling Rose a long time ago that she would be her mothers tour guide and she has kept to her word. I believe Mom and Sister's joy is amplified by finally seeing where Rose lives and how she is surrounded by truly wonderful, genuine and kind people. That's the love of a wonderful Family. However many miles separate them, being able to see that her child is truly safe and happy where she lives is the best thing in the world. Remember, Rose began crying when she realized she couldn't go to Uganda with Yue Yue? Imagine how concerned her Mom was seeing her tear stained face through the phone. She decides then and there that she's going to see her daughter, son-in-law and grand babies. I'm just soo happy things worked out soo well. Looking forward to Rose's big brother's visit next year!!

Chinese roads aren’t necessarily Pram friendly. What I mean is it’s common to find slopes and steps between straight roads. And there are no elevators to take them down a flight of stairs, you have to carry the baby and Pram down. What will be ideal is backing/carrying the baby with a babysling. But not many people like this. I found myself abandoning my Pram and using more of a Babysling when I was in China. That’s the most friendly way to navigate several places.

Although it makes so many heads spin, I have observed in videos when she's in a crowd carrying the baby, you really don't see anyone using strollers. I noticed it in the airport especially and in the park. Perhaps it's a tradition there. After all, countries do things differently (example: riding baby without a carseat is unheard of in America. I've heard China has no such restrictions). We must keep in mind how traditions vary in different places. There has to be a valid reason why they carry her. Their lifestyles are tremendously different. Research the country, you'll learn a lot. Let's just watch the uplifting videos and enjoy!❤
