My question is that ,my Client is an illiterate person and the main director has called him and he takes signatures on papers and he became a member of director but others director did not have any information about the day todays performance of the company and also sale and purchase of assets and some director are using their own power beyond their limitations they have sold the Unit or land and they didn't shown in the ROC so the one director has put some huge amount from the outsiders as and he was not able to give a plot of land then in that case , all directors are liable to amount of money or criminal liability?
