Who‘s here after hearing the news? Liam is *officially* a RED BULL F1 DRIVER! I always thought Yuki deserves a shot but after seeing some stuff about Liam & „getting to know“ him you just can‘t not be happy for the bloke. He deserves the seat with every single cell of his body & I‘ll be hoping & praying for him to have an amazing season & show everyone that he‘s the right & only decision Red Bull could‘ve made!!! I have to think of Christijan Albers, who was also DTM Champion Bar and then in Formula 1 but didn't have a career there. In terms of character, it is detrimental for both of them to change in their external portrayal in the media

He should have had that seat from the beginning of the year. Redbull need to support their junior drivers rather than exploit them. Why do they keep hiring outside drivers who then go and dissapoint.

@@RedBatRacingRiccardo was a RB junior, so they hardly hired outside bringing him back. Ric will also get checos spot. You kiwis need to relax. This bloke has been toiling in the lower grades of formula racing and couldn’t beat the guys who now have seats. If he did, he’d have had a seat by now

@@Dylan_the_damned I was referring to de Vries and Checo, not Ricciardo. Also Albon wasn't given a fair run at redbull. He got promoted too soon and then cut before he found his feet even though he showed he had the potential

@@RedBatRacing albon couldn’t handle the pressure of being in the main team. That was clear. He was getting better results in the alpha, a far worse overall car. They gave him a full season and a half. So even had more time to be familiar in the RB than he ever had in the alpha. How long should a team that is a legitimate challenger for the constructors title be given? You think Gasly was also punted to quickly? Give me a break.

Not much chance of listening to the car with all the blather and occasional music, a common weakness of motorsport films/videos. The engine noise does not sound even a tiny bit close to F1, when it can be heard.
