true fans support his solo career obviously most of ppl does but its okay to ask sometimes about one direction yk like why not ? even the boys themselves said that they'll never be tired or annoyed bout talking bout 1D cause it was literally the main and important and even best (dispite all the problems yk) part of their whole career and life from their 14 to 22 yo. so I genuinely don't think that talking about it annoys the boys or anything and actually make them sort of happy.

as much as I agree and I know a lot of us do, Liam knows more than any of us how many people were, and still are, mad at Zayn. I think most people that are fans now are supportive of him, but in 2015 it was a shit show and even people who weren't necessarily mad at him still guilt tripped him about making them sad, which is just such a horrible thing to do. so as much as I agree, Liam has very valid reasons to be worried about this, and all I can do is hope that we're better than that now.

I am a clinical psychologist and I have been working for many years with people who suffer from addiction problems, especially alcohol, I am very glad that artists begin to transmit this problem so that people understand that it is one of the most common ways we look for when we have a problem or we feel bad, I know it is complex but although it sounds cliché the first step is to accept it, assume it and try to find solutions to deal with it, I am very glad, you are a great artist I admire you very much.

The true fans will support him no matter what. The true fans wont get mad at him for putting his mental health first. He is human, he needs time to heal. So, let's be good fans and give him that. Then, we can be there for him when he's ready to share. I love Liam, he taught me its okay to be selfish sometimes. It's ok to admit you're not ok. Liam, and all the boys, have helped me heal. Eye opening and heartbreaking interview. At the height of 1D's popularity, I don't think many realized what they were seeing was five very talented kids sacrificing the tail end of their childhood. That was the price paid. Now therapy is what is needed to help them sift and sort through that entire portion of their lives. They were a manufactured group put together to make it rain money. It's understandable to see how there could be some form and measure of trauma in all of them.

I have always wanted a reunion but after watching this interview I don't think I do anymore .They should better do things what they love to do rather than doing things which will make us happy cause if you love them ( 1D or just Liam ) their happiness is what we have always wanted ( atleast I do ).. Love this interview, it’s heartbreaking, but there’s a connection between Liam and Steven, the interview seems so chill. I love any celebrity that has the courage to speak up about the music industry. I would love for One direction to get back together but only if they got better management and work schedules. They were so overworked and suffered so much.
