I find it just a "coincidence" that the day after Brian gives his Spain interview, TMZ reports that Liam order 4 bottles of alcohol. TMZ is purposely trying to make it sound like Liam was drunk. Brian said the alcohol were the small bottles that comes in the mini fridge in the hotel. Brian said Liam give him some mix with coca-cola. TMZ purposely omitted that part from their story. How is that part of the story of Liam's father true, if the family has been saying Rogelio was trying to isolate Liam. The family had to go through Rogelio to talk to Liam.

Liams dad was even worried about him.. I have a feeling this is just the beginning. Sounds like his dad got played as well. His parents need to do another investigation to get to the truth. The problem with famous multi millionaires is they can never really know who their friends are, most of the time it's all hangers on but I do not believe his 'friend' should be facing charges for abandonment, I think it's a ridiculous charge. How can you possibly charge someone for not telling his parents he was back on drugs? Liam was a grown man responsible for himself. If Roger was supplying drugs he should be charged with that along with anyone else but at the end of the day it seems to me that everyone is being blamed for Liam Paynes death, except Liam himself, he was a poor victim and that is just not the case. He made bad choices and decided to take drugs that ultimately led to his demise. It's all very tragic. The hotel had a duty of care so if Roger can be charged the hotel staff who put him in that room and abandoned him should also face charges.

Being a parents have no ending even your children age at 60's parents always care and being in care of someone has no age limit even senior people deserve care from people who really care. the case of Roger about not telling Liam's parents about so called substance in Argentina if roger really care he will tell to Liam's parents about Liam's situation. . Not sure where the texts were and why time stamps are all off on cc tv cameras - including a 16:54 picture of Liam walking fine alone through a hallway. There are two men and a woman nearby behind him. None of this makes sense. His hands would have had severe lacerations from punching the TV three times. This is all story telling at its finest. Nothing adds up. In these scenarios 2+2 =insanity - and wild claims. Remember the cameras weren’t on or working at first. Then they are a month later producing camera images of that same timeframe when they were allegedly off. They say he can’t walk and not three seconds before the 16:54 photo on 10/16/2024 - three alleged people are carrying him?? All hearsay. No high levels of drugs spoken of in his system or alcohol in his system. Was he given a substance by someone in three seconds - a hot shot? And are the camera time stamps ALL wrong? Does not make sense. They are in Argentina.

Why are they looking to hold others responsible for Liams actions or lack of hiring a chaperone for himself during his episodes? The reason they wanted him to stay in his hotel room was to prevent him from acting erratic in public and in view of cameras which would have ruined his reputation. Though not hotel or hotel staff fault but they should have changed Liams room to one on floor just above ground floor. Then make estimates of the damage in his current room and bill him when he is sober. Again, i will repeat, most celebs hirer trusted assistance to help keep them safe when they use. Things like keeping them from going out, keeping them from using the bathtubs and Jacuzzis or pools to avoid drowning. Most celebs hire these special assistant. If its not stated as part of Rogers job description in his contract to chaperone Liam, then the law cant hold Roger responsible.

Hearing the timeline of this is heartbreaking. However, that is A LOT of powder. Like far beyond what I think one person could do in what? 12 hours? I unfortunately know all too well what it was like wanting as much as possible as often as possible, and that just does not sound right. I'm extremely disappointed with Liam too, but it is without question that Roger must pay for this. But the fact that Liam is this aggressive is scary and makes me reconsider the fact that maybe he was in fact a cocky and arrogant person and that all the things that Maya has said weren't baseless either. I love how so many people pass judgement on Liam as if he is their performing monkey and property, He was always frank about his challenges, weaknesses and shortcomings and NEVER painted himself as the be all and end all of perfection although he rightfully enthused about the creative skills he enjoyed and pretty much shared with everyone. He talked very openly about the trauma, for him, of being locked in hotel rooms after they had given their all in performance and how that was when he first took to alcohol through the mini bars they were locked in with. Whether alcohol becomes an addiction is a mix of predisposition and the emotional impulse to sedate a stress that a person cannot find a way to regulate. I used to think that addiction was ONLY a choice and the addict's 'fault' until I witnessed first hand how addiction to drink that eventually demolished my grandfather- showed up in his daughter and then in my sister, I know people who are addicted to declaring an individual wholly responsible for their addiction will poo poo a genetic component. I have seen countless comments saying ' well all the others were OK' as if to imply that Liam was 100% to blame for the fragile paradigm that so much of his life became. Millions of people - especially in their youth have spates of being cocky and arrogant- something that is also often a veneer over a deep insecurity. Sadly, when a person is in the public eye and 'especially' when they are dead... an unsolicited global jury comes out of the woodwork and sticks pins in their effigy. Is it an immutable fact that Liam was ' this aggressive'? when some people said he was emotionally out of order and demanding while a pretty equal number of people insist he was fine in the same time? ... Hearsay is often nothing more than a cocktail of BS- ........and when the 'INFO' shapeshifts constantly, the chances are high that most of what is slathered all over social media is riddled with drivel. Last time I looked, all humans have flaws- but, somehow, when it comes to a public figure...commentators consider themselves saints.. exempt from any imperfection.....and I am not excluding myself in that equation... Flaws and all, I am in awe of the loving response of millions of humans towards Liam upon his death. What a phenomenal impact for a 31 year old man to have had in his short lifetime on this planet. ...humble enough, on the eve of his death- to enjoy a fan's delight in having identical tattoos to Liam's...and to say when this fan said to Liam that he had saved his life...to simply say 'thankyou!' and hug him.

A guest in the hotel lobby on the day, said Liam was acting aggressively, out of control, and someone called Roger approached them, who was with him, to apologise to them, for Liam's behaviour. So the authorities, clearly need to speak to Roger, as there's witness evidence, that he didn't leave tge hotel, when Liam was fine.

Roger was not a friend for sure but it is the hotel employees who carried him to his room against his will and locked him in there alone that should be charged with abandonment. They were very aware of his physical incapacity, witnessed his bouts of unconsciousness and the convulsions, knew that he was not in control of his full faculties but locked him in a room with a balcony. Roger should be charged with supply of illegal drugs, as should the hotel employee, but if Liam was on his feet and no convulsions or unconsciousness had been witnessed by Roger at the point he left that's not abandonment. You cannot leave someone in that state the way the hotel staff did. Nobody with an inkling of humanity would do that. Its clearly negligent, especially as they were fully aware of and named the hazard that they put him within yards of.

Roger is no more than a careless friend. He facilitated an addict with drugs. But, if hadn't been for Roger, LP would still find drugs in any other way, the way that he did in the past. I heard Liam wanted some type of creative control or some creative freedom in his career but his people does not want him to move forward in life. I also heard that Liam wanted out of this whole thing like his career or something. He felt stuck is what I’m feeling. This whole industry is just horrible. 1) if L ordered 4 bottles at 10pm on 15th 5 more at 6.36 on 16th along with 6g at 7am (R brought that to b/fast? So why search the room he wld have been handed it?) and 7g at 2pm = 9 bottles & 13g with probably none or little sleep (see all the activity) and hotel person saying he was clearly intoxicated at 4.04 how did this men (plus carted to his room) how did this man have the ability physically or mentally to go over a balcony by choice? The phone is also bothering me. Friends including Louis could not reach Liam. There has been indications that he did not have control of his own phone. If so where was the phone location when the texts were send? Also in their prior statement the ladies said they did not have s€x with L. Lastly wasn’t there confirmation that R was seen at the hotel later than 4.04 in fact closer to 4.40-4.45?
