Even with trace amounts you can still easily slip and fall off the balcony. If he had this fear/phobia whatever you want to call it about being locked in a room his adrenaline probably was thru the roof. He would've been mad, upset, all kinds of emotions. I imagine it would be like someone claustrophobic being stuck in a small space. They would be freaking out. But why no marks on his hands if he slipped and fell, that's the big thing that says he was unconscious but who knows, he has a drug history so maybe his heart gave out. Idk, I haven't heard whether they checked his heart in the autopsy but it happens to a lot of people with a history of drug use.

And I am in recovery 10 years so I understand but at some point, the person needs to take responsibility for their own action. He willingly took those drugs. He willingly got drunk. It shouldn’t have to be the hotel staff responsibility to make sure when an adult loses control of themselves that they have to babysit him. Crazy. They put him in a room and he chose to jump off of the balcony get control of yourself put down the drug and act like an adult. This is Liam’s fault unfortunately he needed help. Are you trying to tell me that the man they carted like a animal to his room ( “we have no CCTV for that hour oh hang on we found it”) that man that it took 3 or was it 4 at the door to carry, suddenly like Lazarus got his bag, in your story two bags, put on his shoes (unlaced) to escape down the balcony?? And now we have 2 whiskey bottles? The one that was beside Liam on the ground - intact - he sustained all those injuries ( from a fall 🤔) but the bottle did not break. Now you are telling us he took the time to take two bottles- the other in a bag that just got found on the balcony below - all these conveniently found things all these changing narratives all these adds on to (he tried this a short time ago? ) You TMZ how and why did you get those photos of his body so fast and the fake toxicology report - Remember the official toxicology report is that he had trace cocaine- alcohol ~ & antidepressant. There is a lot of scene setting going on here. Is your angle now that Roger, Mr connected, is clear as the driven snow. Ok you disrespected Liam in life and so you continue. That's way Liam got his purse and left the room. Prior to that There's is a pic that shows few men hustling trying to get Liam on the 3er floor and witnesses said they heard a fight and noises way too loud like a construction site. Once Liam got to the lobby there he started convulsing and passed out but the hotel personal instead of calling the ambulance carried him back to the room unconscious or unlivable(?) as a sack of garbage (photo). Then the hotel's receptionist call emergency line asking NOT to send the police 🚨but only an ambulance...weird since he was reporting an aggressive man under influence crushing the room and putting his own life in risk. 🤔 Doesn't add up. His friend was there when Liam fell off. They need to investigate here in BUENOS AIRES too much is going on don't take this as a priority. If the hotel staff took him into his room using a master key then they would have seen all of the drugs he had been doing on the desk. He may have panicked and thought they were going to call the Police so he tried to escape via the balcony. It would also explain why the other bag on the second balcony had pills and alcohol in it. Also to throw that bag down to the second level he would've had to lean so far over to get it underneath his balcony. He may have overbalanced and fell at that point. I mean who knows? We're all just speculating, but if he had his baseball cap on, and another bag over his shoulder I think he did want to leave. He was clearly angry that they locked him in there and that's why he smashed up the hotel room.

@@NigelShepherd-z7k well there would have been a big bang when Liam landed and everybody would have turned to look at what happened. And where he fell was the courtyard/pool area right next to the reception lobby. The photos could have be taken by hotel guests standing on their 2nd floor balcony or hanging out the windows. There were plenty of staff around so the janitor or the waiter or receptionist could have taken the photos. TMZ always has a big banner on their website saying they pay for info and photos. So take the photo, text it to TMZ = instant cash. TMZ probably has paid for several awful photos of Liam that they are not talking about. If your driving over a bridge and you stop your car and jump it's not the states fault you jumped off their bridge. If he were 12 then yes it's the hotels fault but a responsible person doesn't jump off a 3rd floor balcony to another balcony and expect to live. Unless of course if your Tom Cruise. People need to take responsibility for their acts. What if he would of landed on a child and killed that child. He decided to be like a kid sneaking out at night. He jumped no one pushed him no one told him to jump. It's called drinking responsible. He'd be alive today if he would have just laid down and slept it off got up in the morning and left like everyone else did in that hotel.

I think its called empathy… If i see a really drunk person having seizures and are in danger i would always check so the person were okey not leave them alone I guess we all are different …….

IMO..Someone called TMZ and probably said “I have a picture of Liam Payne dead” and the person got paid off for the picture.
@TeaWithTamboКүн бұрын
Why isn't Liam responsible for his own demise? When the famous die, ppl always point to others. Liam took drugs on his own. You just reported Liam did something similar in Florida, which is a pattern of behavior. He was a grown ass man. Liam was the decision maker of his own actions. Someone at the hotel did make a call about Liam's behavior out of concern. Liam fell before intervention arrived. Enough already TMZ. Let the man rest in peace.

And tell us who sent you the picture of Liam on the floor because TMZ had to be on speed dial on that person's phone or was a news reporter already there and took the picture it's all linked some of us aren't stupid

Soo, nobody knew he was claustrophobic?? 😑
@RealMerryMary2 күн бұрын
If he was conscious, then security would’ve taken him outside the hotel🤦🏼♀️the fact is that he was having a seizure from the drugs (which the autopsy found in his system), so he was blacked out when he fell, because there would be evidence of an escape ‘rope’ if he’d attempted such a stunt sober, but there’s none

They murdered LIAM PAYNE! Someone knew him personally that he cannot stay in a hotel alone. How can an employee from take actions like this without someone directing them to do??? There must be someone behind it. An ordinary people or person who witness that kind of situation would not dare to decide to bring a person back to his hotel room. There’s more to this to dig in! Someone must behind this.

No one is responsible for his death except Liam. He did this to himself. There is no one else to blame.

When did the father go to the hotel? Because he was on the 2nd floor balcony under Liams room. Wasn't that 2 days after 🤔 or a day after.

The only person responsible for Liam Payne's death is Liam Payne.

Not buying this if he was under the influence of drugs and alcohol then he would surely be lacking strength to climb over and have judgement to negotiate distance. The whiskey bottle was found at his side. If he hated staying alone in hotel rooms why would he agree to stay there in the first place.With his money he could have rented a house and paid Roger to stay with him until his visa came through. Sorry don’t agree with your analysis but I maybe wrong.

How is Liam Payne locked in his hotel room from the outside that he couldn’t get out the door? Also, where was his cell phone that he couldn’t try to call 911 for help or one of his family members are friends? I haven’t heard anyone speak of any of these two issues yet.

We are trying to find someone to blame, but he was an adult acting irresponsible, he was drugged. Hotels are not babysitting snyone yet they should have tried to keep him as safe as possible
@karenbasque15543 күн бұрын
Okay how do you say his friends not responsible he didn't know he was going to die but they knew about a prior incident before and they had known for years that he didn't like to be secluded into a room alone and they did all that so don't say no the friend didn't know what type of friend doesn't know your fears come on now someone needs to take responsibility this is why I can't stand TMZ no more this is why I don't watch you guys no more trying to play it off like it's nobody's fault It's someone's fault for not paying attention and not caring for their family member or their friend

TMZ!! If you were to let the public know who sent you the pic of Liams body within a few minutes, that would help answer a lot of questions. Who exactly was waiting for this body to just appear on the ground there and knew exactly how to get that pic to YOU right away?
@Berbardaa3 күн бұрын
If Liam wanted to leave the hotel why they didn’t let him and that’s was the problem that caused this tragedy because Liam was trying to scape trough the balcony and because Liam was in bad condition and he had been convulsing he fell and died

So way not just kick him out of the hotel so he can exit out of the front door?!

While I entertained this possibility there’s still too many inconsistencies that are not being brought up, the hotel has a big fault here if not directly leading to his death. I also can’t side with TMZ considering you guys take inappropriate pictures and violate privacy and morals for profit

TMZ needs to stop. You were the first ones to quickly post disturbing photos of Liam’s body. Think about the hell his family is going through. At this point nobody knows what is true or not. Unless they have footage when Liam jumped…. I can’t.

So if that's what had happened a month before all I have to say is where are his parents if you knew that your son was going through all of this a month prior why would you let him travel alone I don't care how old he is when you are a parent that is your job for life to make sure your children are safe or they feel safe. I am so disgusted with his close friends and family about this situation cuz of this is out there and they knew that he had these terrible feelings about being locked in rooms and all this s*** was going on a month prior if everybody else knew his damn family knew and now look and the right no coming back from this that is terrible shame on his family and on anybody else who was close to him that knew all this stuff was going on shame on all of you

If Liam was so disturbed then why he didn't do anything before that day? Like he is saying liam was happy and then he wanted to escape the room. Oh then bag and hat also. If he was in a hurry to run away from the hotel why the whiskey bottle and a hat with him. I will never going to believe in this story. Liam was murdered and then thrown off from the balcony with a covering story of hat and bag.

It is hard to do the right thing in each situation. It is almost impossible to reason with someone actively under the influence of drugs and alcohol. As Liam was getting increasingly hostile, the hotel staff was actually attempting to protect other guests and protect Liam from the prying eye. Above all, their goal was to shield him from the : "Papparazzi" presence. Hence, you, the "Papparazzi" are to be held responsible for Liam's death. These celebrities have to undergo constant scrutiny by you - which triggers major anxiety every time they are in a public setting. They even use disguises fearing to get identified and ambushed by YOU : the "Papparazzi". You pay your crew for juicy gossip involving high profile individuals. You profit from publicizing their character flaws and personal troubles. You, "Papparazzi" have caused the death of many dear individuals with your sensationalistic exposure and stalking tactics.
