Liam’s 10th Birthday Surprise!

We celebrated Liam’s 10th birthday with a huge surprise! A trip to West Edmonton Mall and two nights at the Fantasyland Hotel! West Edmonton Mall is one of the biggest malls in Canada with a huge waterpark called World Waterpark and Hasboro Galaxyland an awesome amusement park! We had so much family fun despite having to travel there in a snowstorm!
On Liam's actual birthday we spent the entire day at the World Waterpark doing the slides and wave pool. Then we celebrated with dinner and games at the Rec Room. The next day we enjoyed the fun rides at Hasboro Galaxyland where the Liam and Veronica were brave enough to try Galaxy Orbiter rollercoaster.
Of course this stay would have not been as special if we hadn't stayed at Fantasyland Hotel! It is such a neat hotel with themed rooms, we had the western room which included a county jail bunk bed for the kids and a jacuzzi in the room! It was also connected directly to West Edmonton Mall so we didn't have to go outside at all, we were able to enjoy all the amenities without having to put on winter boots and jackets! Overall this is one amazing trip for us to remember! We loved every moment of it!
