There's a lot of negative comments on here but it is obvious to me these are two very hard men going toe to toe - not an inch given - who have obviously trained very hard for the past few months. Within the first 30 secs I can see it has the hallmarks of a Benn v Eubank or Calzaghe v Hopkins. Can't seem to find them in the boxing hall of fame though!!

First off, good to see Roy Shaw present. Secondly, do the referee have any intention of taking control of the fight? If he had any guts, he'd have disqualified Baldy early in the fight for kicking at 1.00. It was clear he had no intention of Boxing. They could have re-matched on the next show with Baldy claiming he never lost his title on the scorecards. It might even have sold a few more tickets as a result. The problem of course is that this was probably the main event and the referee didn't want to fall out with the organisers for "ruining" the show. It wouldn't have been the ref who ruined the show, it would have been Baldy.
