The gamer present in this video had the right idea when he started, but he went down a dark path as the game progressed. When you're playing Minesweeper, you have to just guess. The more you play, the more minesweeper respects you, so it turns the RNG in your favor and lets you win sometimes. This is the trick to getting good at the game, and is the playstyle of even the best players among us in the Minesweeping community. At 9:48, we can see what happens to a man after only two weeks of burdening the mind with facts, statistics, and mathamaticle mathimatical mathimatecal math equations. Note his hands shaking, the lack of speech, and the darkness shrouding his face and surrounding environs. The stress of playing minesweeper the wrong way has already taken its toll on him to a catastrophic degree.
