How much is the profit for this business? $140k is top line revenue. What is the margin? I have yet to see one of these owner interviews where we hear what they take home. The guy is paying devs 'top dollar' and doing revenue share. Paying sales commissions? Paying referral commissions? Say, if he had a 1/3 margin, that is $42k pre tax in six months = $84k/year. I think he is in the US, so he would also have to pay self employment tax in addition to normal taxes. This is alright, but if you have real technical or sales skills in the US, it is not really great when adjusted for risk. The videos are valuable, but there is still a lack of transparency in the AAA space.
