The difference between a chatbot and a conversational AI is quite vast. To get to 'conversational' you really need to invest a lot of time prepping knowledge bases, ai prompts, flows etc.

Its in the "human handoff" section, you need to prompt it to output a specific word if the response is not valid, then do a conditional check on the AI output and handoff to human if that word has been outputted

Testing. Ask client for a list of questions and ideal responses then check outputs from botpress KB, voiceflow KB and stack AI etc. Then you can evaluate which is best

Outstanding video. Only just discovered your channel after the video "Master Prompt Engineering (Full Guide)" as a suggestion. That was a good video, so starting to go through your channel. Im not new to Tech, started in 1979 lol, but Im new to Affiliate / Digital marketing, which still confuses me, plus trying to "Sell" this idea of Affiliate Marketing to "her that must be obeyed", who's mindset is work longer harder for a company to earn more. I know Affiliate Marketing is not like that, well it seems it is at first. Now your videos I get and understand their merit behind getting it right to enhance or promote a starting business. I just don't get the marketing side of it all. Maybe as I watch your channel it will click into place ? Thanks for sharing these videos, as many would sell them for $1 and then upsell to the standard $49 lol
