Make some fiki khichadi... healthy and tasty good for her recovery receipe-half cup rice ,half cup green moong dal,1 tablespoon cows ghee,heat ghee put some cumin seeds ,1 garlic crushed for taste small pinch haldi add rice dal with 2 cups water and cook it ...good taste and healthy for gut😊

A few days back I was suffering with high fever (104) and doctor ne antibiotics Diya tha, mere body ko bilkul pasand nahi ata antibiotics, toh 7 din k liye Mera taste gayeb tha sabhi food ka taste mujhe antibiotics ki tarah lag raha tha. Didi, You can try to make her eat 1. cooked carrot smashed. 2. Peel off apple. Cook it and then eat the smashed 3. Pomegranate juice without seeds 4. Smashed banana fruit rather than raw banana ( which we use for preparing curry) helps for gut 5. As doctor said soup is good make a Moong Dal soup if it's allowed. They say moong is very good for health keeps you full as it has good source of protein. 5. Plain curd in a bowl with little bit salt or sugar as per taste. These might help. Good Luck😊

Hi Debina, My daughter is same age as Lianna and she also gone through this appetite loosing because of fever. We as Mom's gets so tensed wen they don't eat properly and because of that they look thinner day by day. But believe me forcing food will not help. Raw banana ar sathe potol, raw papaya and potato diye jhol koro and make them eat with rice. Don't add raw papaya if loose motion is there Hope this will help a lot.

Hi my baby also had high fever and he stopped eating anything i tried new recipes but all in vain ...then what i did was i sat with him during my lunch nd started eating without asking him slowly he realised that mumma is doing something interesting without asking me then he started asking for food ....i followed the same procedure at dinner time also and it worked...may be you can give it a try ...also eating food with parents improves the bond ...

Love watching you play with your kids...this bonding will go a long way ❤ check with your doctor and give liana "appedine" for a couple of week if he recommends. When children take antibiotic, they do lose appetite. Giving them appedine will increase their appetite 😊 I have a 7 year old and I have seen the results...you should try of recommended. Debina you shouldn’t put too much pressure on yourself and Lianna to eat food. Its very normal for her to have phases of a small or large appetite. It’s the same as when we as adults are ill, and we don’t feel like eating. Her appetite will return when she is ready. Offer her the usual food options and no doubt her taste buds will return sooner or later.
