Wow! Carly pulls the fire alarm just so Jason will come out and see her? Carly and Sam really should be best friends with how they try to manipulate Jason so that they can play the damsels in distress so that Jason can rescue them. I still wish that Elizabeth could be written like this again where she defended Jason and also told Nikolas to get out of her studio. I loved how she told him that she and Jason were about to make love until he barged in. I miss these two so much.

The thing people don’t understand about Jason’s character is he was a more dynamic character when he was with Liz. You see all different sides of Jason. Now it seems all he does is fix fix fix things. Just all the same!!!

What the mess, Nicholas...? He has no business kicking in her door & assuming anything, plus she wasnt even kissing Jason's chest....we can obviously see she wasn't, she was re-wrapping his wound....Jason is the most amazing guy in the show well until you get him angry even when he's injured he can still somewhat defend himself but he has Liz to do that for him. We can clearly see Liz and Jason are the best of friends...I didn't once see them kissing at all during the episode!

I love the contrast with how Jason treats Carly and Elizabeth in this scene. Jason and Carly were lovers but he now he wants her to stay as far away from him as possible, whereas Jason and Lizzie are only friends here yet he holds onto her and embraces her fully and wants her to stay as close to him as possible. Great Liason moment !

@@sarahswomley2580 you're kind of right. Carly was married to AJ but she didn't really want AJ. He persuaded her to marry him. Carly was trying to keep Jason trapped under her finger by telling him she loves him and keep holding the connection with Michael over his head. AJ found out he was the real father of Michael and wanted paternity. Jason had to give up Michael and it cost him. Carly, AJ, and Michael were supposed to be the family. However, at this point, Michael was already attached to Jason. AJ was struggling to father Michael. Then Carly throws all of that away and has an affair with Sonny because she was jealous of Jason (after taking Michael away from him) and Elizabeth's growing relationship and Jason walks in on it, and it's like his entire world flipped upside down. Jason left to get as far away as possible from the situation. He ended up passing out by the Boxcar (he lost too much blood after being shot) and that's when Lizzie found him, and the rest is history.

I liked,loved how jason looked at carly and treated her if only he had listed to robin and others about Carly befor he got in deeper with Carly.I liked that liz told nikoles that Jason was her boyfriend and that they were about to make love

As in many relationships, one party loves the other more. With Liz and Jason, Jason is the one who loves more. Liz always has another guy, usually Lucky. Jason is her fall back guy. She does not seem to be able to settle for just Jason.

It also didn't help that everyone and their mother wanted Liz with stupid Lucky who ended up being one of the worst things to happen to her (almost all of her relationships would fall in that grouping though), People acted like it would be the end of the world if Liz and Jason got together. Liz had abandonment issues and she wanted to please everyone after the rape. Jason was a huge risk. People looked down on her and she was expected to be with Lucky no matter what he did to her. She was messed up and insecure. Jason pushed her away a lot and left for her own good, so I'm sure that was a trigger. Now as time went by, they just wrote her very pathetically and at some point, she just became that person. I miss this Liz though. She actually fought to have Jason in her life which is probably the only time she fought to be with him. Every other time she went with what was safe and everyone else's idea of what was acceptable.

Everyone Jason has been with has had a connection to Sonny in some way and gained approval from Sonny/Carly because they didn't interfere in their agenda or the mob! Robin-Sonny's little sister Courtney-Sonny's real sister Sam-Sonny's mistress mother of his child Elizabeth-His dream, safe place, his soul mate and best friend! The biggest threat to Sonny & Carly's "family" with Jason!

I think Elizabeth always thought she owed Lucky for helping her through her rape and even when she had feelings for Jason she thought she would be betraying Lucky’s memory. when he came back from the dead he was so different and his head was all messed up and she thought she still owed him. I think she really did want to be with Jason but she thought she was betraying everything that Lucky did for and the love they had before he died. Elizabeth also owed Jason in her mind bc he helped her through losing Lucky. Elizabeth was torn completely between them. Then later, she wanted to be with jason but she didn’t know how without ruining their friendship bc he was so important to her.
