This is why I believe Jason lied when he told Courtney he didn't love Elizabeth. If he didn't, he wouldn't be this heartbroken over her choosing Zander. Well, that and he nearly said I love you to her in the hospital.

The writers make Elizabeth so quick to jump to the next guy even though her true feelings were always for Jason after lucky “died.” The rollercoaster gets so redundant.

I know, I love liason a lot but even I realize they’re not to be together; I mean Liz was constantly picking other guys instead of Jason, first it was lucky then Zander then ric then lucky again

If she didn’t understand that or trust that then she had no business being with him in the first place & it wouldn’t have worked out. She would never understand him then.

I wasn't watching GH then, but my heart is breaking watching these clips. It is so clear that Jason is who she truly wants and that Jason wanted her. Grrrrrr those writers were stupid!

I can't believe I'm still mad about Liz/Jason not being together! And why exactly were they not?! The looks they were giving each other was a deep connection. And they had Liz so crazy about umm..Zander lol Seriously??? Lousy writers!!

Liason hearts were breaking, it was horrible, just horrible. I hated Zander and Liz was working my last nerve. We suffered right along with Jason. So hard to watch even now. If it wasn't Lucky then it was Zander or Courtney or Ric or Sam or Carly. It is always someone.

Who ruined this potential super couple in 2002?!? I liked Liric but Journey was awful. Liric didn't hold a candle to Liason either. What in the world were the writers thinking in 2002? The same ones who brought Jason young to revive lucky. Worst idea yet. God.

To be honest I think Brian Frons didn't want his superstar Jason with fumpy little Elizabeth Webber. (In literally twelve years' time Frons never understood what fans saw in Becky Herbst!!!) He was the exec who brought in Alicia WIllis (Courtney) and he wanted her to be the big new thing. Which failed totally. This is probably just about the time frame when they decided to ditch the potential of Liason for Journey in terms of planning out the story line.

Grrr. None of this is believable! Watching the last few clips and Zander is insufferable and so damn insecure and needy. Why does Elizabeth feel the need to save these insecure guys from themselves? So irritating as a viewer. I understood the Lucky thing because she prayed for him to be alive when she thought he was dead and the original LL2 love story was cute (although the character of Lucky even with JJ playing him was intolerable at times)....but are we suppose to believe that she is really going to tank her friendship with Jason over her fling with Zander? Please. I'm not sure if this story was written for a younger crowd that would appreciate this kind of triangle but as an adult viewer it is so forced and there is no chemistry at all between Zander and Liz. Horrible storytelling GH. The triangle between Emily, Zander and Nik was done better but maybe I just cant stand Zander. UGH
