I believe Liz was truthful during their night together when she told Jason he didn't realize how much she fell in love with him when they were together 1999-2002. I think she has always had those residual feelings for him. She turned down this first proposals and the one in the elevator for the same reason, because she wanted his love, not his admiration or friendship. If he had said I LOVE YOU she would have said YES. And she does say YES the 3rd time, because they were very much in love then

Also, leave it to Elizabeth to consider how this all would affect the two people Jason and Elizabeth loved; Sam and lucky. These two really needed to be together; they complement each other so well. I really do miss their relationship, and we know that if Jason ever needed someone, Elizabeth wouldn’t hesitate to be there for Jason.

I do wish she would have told him the results. I wish she would have opened them when she was alone, but she could still say, I'm not going to marry you out of obligation. Later down the road, they did fall in love and she said yes. But she could have not remarried Lucky, told him the truth and left him, and said she didn't need anything more from him.

I Loved how Liz put Sam's Grand Canyon comparison to shame. "That's not true, people cross the grand canyon all the time". That shows how sam is a quitter when it comes to a committed relationship. Just like she dumped Jason when finding out about Jake which happened while she and Jason weren't together.

+Israeli Queen - Sam is no quitter. Sam never dumped Jason after finding out about Jake. She knew he was Jason's from the day he was born. She over heard the conversation when she went to congratulate Elizabeth. She kept waiting for Jason to tell her the truth and he kept lying because Elizabeth didn't want anyone to know. Sam was extremely hurt because she and Jason had been honest with everything. In addition, Sam was the one that told Elizabeth she was pregnant before there were ever any test. Elizabeth was the one that lied first. She needed to protect herself because she got pregnant while married to Lucky. Then, she lied to Lucky. And when she was ousted, she lied again later to Nicholas and Lucky. Presently, she is still lying today to Jake. This young lady is prone to lying. Elizabeth needs a shrink.

Yes, she did. It was Jason's responsibility to let her know that he knew Jake was his. Sam would have supported Jason in seeing Jake. She never had a problem with Jake. It was the lies that Jason told and the meeting with Elizabeth in secret. If your husband/boyfriend/ fiancé knew someone was pregnant and didn't tell you. How would you feel? She gave him a chance and he broke the trust. He later admits he was wrong.

jason was pressed to say he was wrong. he repeatedly said he chose to keep the secret, as did lucky when he found out. she said she wished jake was never born. when she saw him kidnapped, she tortured liz by saying "you lost a child, i lost a child" and paid the men to pull guns on his son and brother also. and he didn't owe her anything, Liason had sex when sam wasnt with jason. he did not cheat on her, that was a lie. her behavior said she had a problem with it. "you can break all the promises you made to me and im going to break all the promises I made to you" said sam to jason.

in fact this is how Jason moved on from Courtney and went to Sam! And then in this moment instead of LIz doing the same thing, Liz was too scared to go through with this moment right now! If liz was her SPRING 2015 self in this moment of 2006 that version of LIZ would have said yes!!! Liz just wasn't mature enough to be with jason or understand how to be honest with how she can invest into this life!! Liz was just attempting to talk Jason out of this situation beacuse she was afraid to accept the reality that she is no longer in love with Lucky! Had liz been more selfish for herself and stop coddling Lucky and decided to do what Sam did to Courtney as Courtney basically did this to Liz when it came to getting Jason! Liz talked Jason out of that proposal had liz just swallowed her pride and ignored the fact that what she would do to be with Jason would hurt Lucky! Then Liz would have been with Jason! It's liz's fault for not fighting to be with jason she should have been honest with herself and stop lying and be just as selfish as everyone else is and has treated her so harshly for years! Mind anyone after 2009 liz's life turned upside down and liz basically has been torn and stomped on and thrown under a bus to be driven on as road kill! And now they have liz paired with Franco it just makes the liz we now have today so damn unbearable to watch! But we can all see how much liz has been writers crutch and forced to change and at the little aspect of it Liz is only ever now allowed to talk all things Franco it's absurd and nothing of the real liz! See in the past of Gh we have liz talking to her friends and she has people to talk to who aren't engineered and geared only to be spoken to and mostly through the current relationship she's glued into with Lucky! Liz actually has a life but when liz is with Franco every word liz says is Franco!! That's how we know the role of Liz has been destroyed! And in the starting point of May 2015 that is when the role of Liz died! Ruining the role of Liz over a fake jason morgan story line! And then despite that she can't even be with Drew! It amazes me how wicked this executive is to torment the role of LIz like this we know liz no saint, no mother theresa or the virgin mary, but we all know damn well LIz deserved a heck of a lot better than that wicked monster Franco!

However, because of the way Sam kept thinking about him and trying to continue those burnt meals, things shifted. It always interested me that Elizabeth was always the one to encourage Jason to work things out with Sam, go after her, or even give him the advice that if him and Sam want to be together they’ll decide what will work for them, yet it was always Jason who chose not to go after Sam and always either talk to Elizabeth, or in this case agreed to marry Elizabeth regardless of the babies paternity, yet JaSam fans insist that he always chooses Sam because of how much he loves her and because she can handle his line of work better than Elizabeth. To me, it’s The same reason why Elizabeth always goes back to lucky. Sam is sort of a safer place for Jason and Lucky was a safer place for Elizabeth. Both Elizabeth and Jason thought they didn’t deserve each other, so they went with the next best thing; Liz back to Lucky and Jason back with Sam. I love how protective Jason always is where Elizabeth concerned. Rick shouldn’t have been eavesdropping on her private conversation trying to schedule the paternity test.

What I always did love about GH is the characters are so multi dementional so layered and raw even Jason in his muted or watered down state to support the TBI faction is still very complex to bad GH screwed me over with throwing the wet blanket on all the Jason and Elisabeth years and heart I invested I haven’t watched in years but have watched these liaison scenes over and over so greatful for them

If someone needs him, he will take care of them and do the best that he can. He would place all of his feelings aside for them. However, when it comes to the real nitty gritty, Jason has always been fascinated by Elizabeth, yet, there is a deep rooted love for Sam.

When liz asked him if they would be in a relationship, he looked scared and didn’t answer her....hmmm. He also does not deny that he loves Sam. So...getting together with liz is one to keep a family together...is what he was doing. Not for love...it was out of concern for the baby she is carrying. Not because of her. Because of the baby. If we were to take this to modern day, he didn’t stay with Sam because he thought the baby wasnt his. He got back together with her because of HER, SAM, no just because of Danny. Danny was the bonus!
