Great time-lapse at the beginning! I could Timelapse everything I swear 😂 I love your monthly videos. How’s the communal recycling situation at the apartment? Does everyone else follow the rules? Used to drive me crazy at the apartment we used to live at. So much rubbish in the big recycle bins. Apartment living is totally perfect for minimalism isn’t it? It’s so hard to find places to put everything though. BTW, the elevator voice-over is the same as the voice in our old apartment lift. I also love how the Osmo picks up the raindrops as they fall. And, we’ve just started using the “dry” setting on our aircon and it still seems to cool the place down, not as cold though and not humid. (Ok, I’ll stop commenting now…lol)

You've probably gathered by now that I do like a good timelapse :-). I'm not really sure how good people are because I just drop the rubbish in the shoot. I know early one when people we moving in it wasn't good but hopefully it has improved. I'll try and remember to duck into the main room next time I'm in the basement. Oh, I didn't know about the dry setting - will have to look into that. I still can't beleive we've only had our air con on 1 or 2 days in January. The sea breeze is amazing. Plus the new fans that Kevin installed.

Libby can you please tell me how you cook the potatoes in the air fryer. Size, time and temp please?

I cut the potatoes into cubes about 2 x 2 cms (but it's very rough) and then cook them for 15-20mins on 200C. They took 15mins in my old airfryer but 20mins in the new one. I don't use any oil - just sprinkle with herbemere but you could use whatever seasoning you want.
