Although Freddie’s voice has matured since this recording, fans report that he still executes this song with supreme vocal control, and to “utter perfection”, including the high notes. His voice apparently sounds a lot fuller now - closer to a countertenor than an out-and-out treble. What a talent! 🌟

Pure unadulterated treble voices and without the superfluous "tremolo/vibrato" which seems to be the thing at the moment even for boys voices. This touches your soul. Being an ex-chorister myself (not from Libera but ex Cathedral chorister) it's only now I truly appreciate the treble voice and it's heavenly clarity, most of the tracks bring a tear to my eye now, remembering just how good being part of a choir and community was. Only libera can make dissonance sound so divine. Thanks Libera for keeping this genre alive. Long may it continue. 😎

Freddie does use a bit of vibrato but he doesn’t overdo it. His voice is very controlled and more importantly very nuanced. He knows exactly when to use vibrato, when to fade his voice (diminuendo) etc. Freddie is an absolutely stunning and measured chorister. His voice is breaking just now and he sounds more like a countertenor when he performs this in concert, yet he still aces those high notes and mesmerises audiences. His range is phenomenal. As you can tell I can’t praise him enough.😊

You're correct his and the rest of the choir's voices are supremely controlled - they're a credit to themselves and the choirmaster / director. I've followed this choir for many years now after first hearing their version of "When a Knight Won His Spurs" soon after I left the choir I was a part of.They never fail to bring my emotions to the fore. Он 2009 года рождения, в хоре с 2018 года, его отец бенгалец, а мать ирландка. Еще, у него есть брат, который так же в этом хоре. О притягательности обояния этого мальчишки, об изумление его вокальными данными, в полной мере свидетельствуют количество просмотров ролика, которое за 6 месяцев уже превысило 1,7млн. Я надеюсь, что у этого паренька сложится удачная судьба даже после естественной мутации голоса. Всех благ ему и интересной творческой карьеры!

Frederick Mushrafi's brother, Thomas, is also part of the Libera choir and in this video (first left when they're on 2 rows, furthest right when the whole choir is shown). They both look like 2 Inca princes with their long altar boy dresses. I don't know what's with this family, but they are golden!

He sings the words clearly and he has a nice voice and he don't overdo it à la style ''opera'', but better, simple, nice, clean, good accent. I listen to it every day and it is wonderful. It is very nice how the whole choir sings so clearly together.
