Rawls has nothing to do with Woke ideology. It is all based on the enabling the individual and not the group the individual belongs to. Once you move into Woke say positive discrimination based on race or gender you have left Rawls. The veil of ignorance is incompatible with these kind of preferences. In fact I would say that Rawls is one of the best arguments against DEI and Post modern Identitarianism.
