My brother in law has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and type 1 diabetes and the ambulance is refusing services. He lives at home with his mother and is almost 40 years old. We tried to commit him and they are going to do a blood pressure test regardless of the fact that he has been committed two times prior. Please help!!! He just threatened to take his life!!
