I was playing drums in hardcore bands touring playing hardcore shows .. so I thought I was too good for Nu Metal cause it was "mainstream". Now that im older I realize these bands were amazing and prefer the genre over hardcore . Better musicians, songs, live shows, etc. These were big bands..and there were so many and the crowds ..yea ... Thus style is coming back though. Listen to Tallah their new album Matrigraphy is ....well just look up Tallah and watch their videos. Trust me. then after that Vein, new Code Orange..youtube search Nu Metal Nu Core mix 2020. There are a few dozen bands that are decent to amazing. Its pretty cool. Fuck even Poppy put out a Nu Metal album this year. If you already knew this my bad. Its weird for me at 37 its right on time. Fuck id even like to do a band this style if I could find half a fuck guitarist

Their new lead singer, Ryan Shuck is a really good dude though. Marky doesn't give a shit about the fans who supported him over the years. I use to admire Marky, even spiked my hair up in high school to look like him. It's so disappointing that he feels this way but it is what it is. Give Ryan a chance, he legit cares about the legions of fans that Adema acquired over the years.

Adema has an interesting sound. They remind me of a mix of Korn and Incubus! I went to Ozzfest 1999, 2000, and 2001, but sadly I didn't go in 2002 or 2003. I really wanted to see KoRn at Ozzfest 2003 but I missed that year unfortunately!

Epic... The interlude rocks, it's Clubbed to death from The Matrix. They haven't changed their setlist in 20 years, just adding Ready to Die and Violent Principles, change isn't always bad though. Unfortunately Marky is no longer with them and doesn't care. Thankfully Ryan Shuck stepped up and is filling his shoes.

@MusicMoviesGames I haven't played Schecters in many years, but I did own two at one point, and they were absolutely killer guitars for the money, one was an Omen-7, and the other a Revenger-7. One bargain I do know more about is the Jackson JS22-7 baritone 7-string...I just got mine a month ago, and man oh man, for $199, you get about $400 worth of guitar. Nice, tight and chuggy pickups, slick, rounded neck profile, and the satin black finish on mine is very well-applied, it doesn't even seem to pick up pick scratches very well. Any other questions you might have about it, or really anything else I might know about, I am your guy! \m/

I have to admit I am surprised that they were able to match the energy and intensity of the album and I really enjoyed watching the show but their attitude is ... too much over the top. The entrance? The mic stand kicking? Why so pissed off? The crowd might not be the best ever, but dude, you gotta be humble... While writing this the signing part started and finally they seem grateful. So, which one was an act?
