This road the pavement is a substandard construction work. There are many potholes and no drainage system in place as well as walking space for pedestrian. This roads includes the rehab road to Dupo road; the Red light road to ELWA/LRA road still under construction just to name few. So where is the road development in the city of Monrovia or to be precise Montserrado County?
