Not too much. Just passable roads. Develop the cities, fine. Me I wan villages to stay villages. But the sellers need to get to markets and people need to visit their families and such.

No matter what please always boil the water you drink. The water may look clean but it can contain parasites and bacteria unseen to the human eye. Please take care, better safe than sorry.
