That just goes to show you what's a media think of the group of five when they play a Power 5 team at home even. To be fair, Memphis's defense had given up lots of points to bad teams but what everyone ignored was that they had made some plays, they just had a lot of busted coverages. The new defensive coordinator helped a lot I think. I can't fault the Vegas for any line they put out because they're just trying to get 50% of the people to bet on either team. It's the people who bet on Iowa State that I can't really believe lol

It's refreshing to see a player stay loyal to a school that gave him a chance when no one else was willing. I remember when he beat our Grant Gunnell I think, and was shocked some unknown freshman was getting the start. Grant was hurt but Seth is rewarding the team for taking a chance on him as an unknown freshman I believe

It's a shame that the Big 12 didn't take Memphis. They had more wins in the AAC than any of the three they took. One of these days the conferences may realize that fans care about teams that win more than market size and the size of the city they are in. With that quarterback returning, I would put Memphis as the favorites in the AAC

Mates, gotta be more careful when kicking OB. Imho, if it hits the field frist than OB, last team to touch it should get it. But any kicks that go OB by flying out (so to speak), that should be a penalty of 5 to 15 yards (weather could be a factor to decide how much). However if it's kicked but makes it at 20 to 0(Endzone), that is fine and no penalty needed (20 than 15) Pass or run (aka dropping ball when...) is incomplete unless intended by QB etc.
