Rachel, this a great tutorial. And I agree with the other subscriber that said you make everything you make look easy. You explain everything so well. By the way nice iron! Thanks again for the tutorial!💕

Thank you... my partner treated me to a new iron, cordless!.. only a quilter would be excited about that 🤣

Love this, quilting the patchwork to the fleece before final assembly would eliminate thread burying ☺️ thanks for a lovely tutorial 😁

That would have been a time saver for sure 🤣

I use Sewline fabric glue I have just made a 7x7 quilt , the cost of the glue was silly for that. So interesting to see what your using, looks very interesting. Thanks for sharing.
@stitchwithrachelАй бұрын
Yeah the cost of glue quickly adds up, that's why I use Elmers purple glue in the 5g tubes

@@stitchwithrachel I will remember this for the future thank you. Where would I be able to get this Elmer’s glue from please .? Appreciate the tip x

Great turning trick! Have you been working on your sashiko project? Very curious about the technique since you mentioned it in your video. BTW- I love your videos & could listen to you reading the phone book ❤

Thank you for a lovely comment. I actually did pick up my sashiko last month.. for a couple of evenings but maybe you've inspired me to pick it up again.. I'll share it in a "what I've been making" video in the coming few weeks 💕

Hi Rachel lovely eye mask. I’ve just tried to make one, Could I ask in the video you say an 18 inch piece of fabric for the strap which is what I made. But in the description it says an 18 inch piece of elastic which would mean there would be nothing to ruffle ? Thank you x
@stitchwithrachel21 күн бұрын
Omg I'm so sorry for that error in the video, yes if you are covering the elastic you will need some extra for the ruffle to allow for stretch. You should be able to join some extra length... so sorry!
