Try to be easy on the throttle. And carry a bit less speed. That should help.

It's tier 5. So you'll have to bet it all on a 2x imports event. Otherwise, the chances of obtaining it are pretty slim.

I don't know much about drag but this may help you : Steer angle : 40 Anti-roll bar (front) : 0 Anti-roll bar (back) : 0 Ackermann : 0 Camber (front) : 0 Camber (back) : 0 Diff. Accel. : 0 Rest of the tune you can copy from the video.
