Wow… I’m 17 minutes in, and this was everything I needed. I’ve been having a rough patch with love, school, work and balance. Thank you, I’m just starting to come out of an almost 4 year dark night of the soul journey, and I’m now forgiving myself for what I’ve allowed in my life and my personal space, how I’ve been treated, what I’ve accepted as love, and inwardly accepting other people’s opinions as truth. Then I started realizing that I could release all the negativity aimed at me and toss it back surrounded by love and a wish that these people would soon go through their own healing journey, but I was no longer willing to accept this treatment, their childhood wounds didn’t mean I needed to be on the receiving end as a mental and emotional punching bag.
