10:56 yes I started going to therapy, it’s my 2nd time there now and I’m going for narcissist abuse because I’m still struggling and finding out I’m still trauma bonded to her and she has still power over me. Which is why I act tough when she’s in my face but still have panic attacks after she leaves but when I was going through that and broke contact with her I went through it pretty much alone. She said after our session that she was so proud of me for making it and setting some boundaries with her without much support because she told me she is textbook narcissist and she is a very vindictive person and I had every right to think what I thought in the beginning with her because she kept me close, just to hurt and knock me down and she’s like that’s not ok. Unfortunately she did tell me that it’s going to take awhile for me to heal from this because of how I was still reacting to an audio a year ago I had recorded of my narc

Ok listening the beginning again and unfortunately they “let me go” today lol with a choice to resign or be terminated. I had to write and action plan and it spelled out exactly what they wanted yet when presented they said it didn’t. I am so confused…co-workers are confused. I feel I just had a target on my back and here we are…I’m trying to not be embarrassed. Like “how is this happening when I went above and beyond” … Now listening again to my personal pick a card…I do feel enough is enough. Ironically…the month my partner and I started dating 6 years ago, they were sued for full custody of their child in a different state. So that makes sense you’re getting that from the Hierophant. It’s lasted for 18 months and her lawyer even passed away during that time. It was awful and even though they won…it robbed us of our new love and honeymoon phase. So the one time I have a great partner the enemy just takes and takes. It’s been super hard. Thank you so very much! So exciting you can channel my energy 🫶❤ I appreciate your kindness and talent so very much! Keep it up gorgeous sis! Maybe one day I will meet my bestie lol 😂(as my partner says).
