Wow did this resonate. 2024 was a challenging year, on top of living with multiple sclerosis had emergency gallbladder removal surgery then diagnosed with celiac disease. It has all forced me to change diet and accept that I may not be able to keep up wth previous life. With work I have presented new ideas and new ways but because I am not in a managerial role those ideas were initially rejected, mainly due to resistance to change, but have recently been validated that these new processes and tech need to be adopted. The upside to the past year is marrying my best friend who accepts me as I am. I have been contemplating a shift to new routine and fully embracing a return to yoga practice at newly opened studio, as a way to heal and regain health and balance in my life after a challenging year. I think this reading affirms I need to lean into this new path 😉
