It's 8 something in the morning of a new day......your voice is the first voice I've heard today. Oddly enough, it was also the last I heard last night (through one of your short readings) before putting the light out. It occurred to me that not once were you nagging me for something. The last time I heard a female voice last thing at night and first thing in the morning I was being chastised!! It was a long time ago and we're not now together, thankfully! I'd welcome the heat of an Aussie summer right now. At one time I lived in the apartment block above the supermarket opposite the air-conditioned George Cinema in Fitzroy Street, St Kilda. Guess where I would occasionally go to cool down for two hours or so during a 40 degree afternoon? During the freezing British winter, the best I can hope for is my central heating indoors or a double layer of clothing when I'm outdoors. The last time I actually wore shorts was during my last day in Australia. 🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🙏

@@trevorfromengland Oh I love the George Cinema! It's gone through many changes, it closed for some time but has now reopened as an art house cinema. St Kilda isn't quite the same post pandemic but hope to see it recover!
